Welcome to the La Wins website.
Use of the website, browsing the website and placing orders through it are subject to these Terms of Use. Any action performed on the website constitutes full agreement to the terms set forth below.
The website management may update these terms, product prices, promotions, services and website content from time to time, without prior notice.
Placing Orders
Receipt of an order through the website does not constitute final approval of the transaction.
Order approval is subject to payment verification, confirmation of product availability in stock and final approval by the website management.
The company reserves the right not to approve an order, to cancel an order or to delay its processing, including in cases of lack of inventory, technical malfunction, an error in the order details, an error in the product price or description, concern regarding improper use of the website or any other circumstance justifying such action at the company’s discretion.
If the order cannot be approved, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
Prices and Payments
All prices on the website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS).
The company may update prices and promotions at any time and without prior notice.
The binding price is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed, subject to final approval of the order by the company.
In the event of an error in a product description, price, image or any other information appearing on the website, the company may cancel the order and update the customer accordingly.
Inventory and Availability
The company makes efforts to update the website on an ongoing basis; however, there may be cases in which a product appearing on the website is not actually available in stock.
In such cases, the company may choose not to approve the order or to cancel it, in whole or in part, according to the circumstances.
Shipping
The company uses an external shipping provider for the delivery of orders.
Estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days from the date the order is approved.
In most cases, delivery is completed earlier; however, the company does not guarantee an exact delivery time.
Due to the security situation in Israel, unusual workloads, logistical malfunctions, force majeure or circumstances beyond the company’s control, delays in order delivery may occur.
Shipping cost is 20 NIS.
Orders above 299 NIS qualify for free shipping.
Exchanges and Returns
The full exchanges and returns policy is detailed on the “Shipping, Exchanges and Returns” page on the website.
Placing an order on the website constitutes confirmation and agreement to that policy.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products, including special colors, customized prints, products manufactured specifically for the customer or any other product defined as custom-made, may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged after the order is approved and processing has begun.
When ordering a custom-made product, the customer confirms that they are aware of this limitation and agree to it.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the website, including images, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, files and content of any kind, belong exclusively to La Wins.
No content from the website may be copied, duplicated, distributed, published, displayed or otherwise used without the company’s prior written approval.
Images and Illustrations
Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only.
The company makes efforts to present the products as accurately as possible; however, differences may exist between the images displayed on the website and the actual product, including shades, colors, textures, print placement and other details, due, among other things, to photography conditions, different display screens and image processing.
Some images, simulations and marketing materials on the website may be digitally edited or produced, among other means, using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, for illustration, marketing and product presentation purposes.
The images and simulations do not constitute a commitment to absolute identity between the website display and the actual product.
Limitation of Liability
The company makes efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website; however, it does not guarantee that the website will be completely free of errors, inaccuracies, interruptions or malfunctions.
The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the website, reliance on information appearing on it, technical malfunctions, shipping delays, actions of third parties, force majeure events, the security situation, strikes or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

The company takes reasonable measures to protect the privacy of users and the security of information provided through the use of the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Use of the website and any engagement between the customer and the company shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute relating to the website, its use or purchases made through it, shall be vested in the competent courts of the State of Israel only.
